A group of talented young actors in Pasco County is set to bring the beloved tale of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ to life next week. Arts In Motion, a non-profit youth theatre organization, has been nurturing young talent since 1995 and is excited to showcase their latest production.
The production features approximately 40 cast members who have dedicated months to rehearsing and perfecting their performances. Jill Finnerty Ricardo, the president of Arts In Motion, expressed her pride in the talent emerging from Dade City, noting that the organization has produced alumni who have gone on to perform in national tours, including the acclaimed musical ‘Wicked.’
Larkin Mainwaring, who plays the iconic role of Belle, shared her excitement about the upcoming show. “It is always just so much fun to see everything come together because everyone just puts their hearts and souls into it,” she said. “The production team, the kids, just seeing that final picture, all in costume, is always the best part for me.”
The production promises to be a delightful experience for audiences of all ages, combining the magic of live theatre with the charm of a classic fairy tale. With a dedicated cast and crew, Arts In Motion aims to create an unforgettable performance that highlights the creativity and passion of young artists in the Tampa Bay area.
As the curtain rises next week, attendees can expect to be transported into the enchanting world of ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ where they will witness the timeless story of love, acceptance, and the beauty that lies within. Don’t miss the chance to support local talent and enjoy a night of captivating entertainment!
